Susan has been working in the Employee Benefits marketplace for almost 30 years. Since 2001, she has been Director of Client Relations at The Buckley Group, handling all areas of account management. Susan is our client advocate at The Buckley Group. Not only does she assist in the new business and renewal underwriting process, she is also responsible for the proper installation of new clients. Susan is also our liason for any claims, administrative or customer service issues between our clients and our various insurance vendors.

From 1978-2001, Susan was employed by both Aetna and Travelers Insurance Complany in various administrative capacities. At Travelers Property Casualty Company, Susan was an Account Administrator responsible for marketing, administrative and customer service support. At Aetna, Susan had many different roles including Rater, Support Supervisor, Associate Underwriter, Computer Coordinator and Client Benefits Specialist.

Susan resides in Portland, Maine with her husband Keith. They have two children.
