Melissa joined the Employee Benefits Division in September 2009. Her responsibilities include data collection, spreadsheet/presentation production as well as office administrative duties. She also works with our clients on billing issues, new business and renewal submissions as well as enrollment applications.

Melissa comes to us from McKesson Healthcare where she was a Customer Advocate for a number of years. She brings with her an expertise in billing, contracts and sales assistance.

She owns a home in South Portland with her husband, Paul and their Labrador, Kimber.
